PROBLEMS IN SENDING EMAILS WITH GMAIL

I am having problems every time I try to send my e.mails with gmail. I
always received this message: We're experiencing technical difficulties
that may prevent your chats from being sent.
I have no idea what is going on but I can not believe that every time I
try to send a mail I received the same message.

Would somebody please tell me if gmail is having this problem or may
be my computer. The same thing is happening with PICASA2

Open one more acount in gmail and try the same and find if u get the same problem again.

It seems to be a problem related to Google Desktop or Google Talk, not Gmail
