Emails taking it`s time arriving

For the last 3 days almost all of my emails arrive from 2-many hours
late.

Anyone else experiencing this and have you reported it?

I reported it and they replied that they are working on it and
apologize for the in convince.

I have had problems receiving mails late, but not hours late. The most
I've noticed is a twenty-forty minute delay. I haven't reported it.

I had a few emails arrive late, but they were all from Yahoo!Groups so
I haven't bothered reporting as Yahoo!Groups mails have a habit of
doing things like that (in my experience).

Other mails are arriving just fine.

Its better than Yahoomail. Once took me 6 days to get a message! AH

Has anyone (on this thread) checked the SOURCE of the email - Ie
determined which ISP was holding the email a long time...

Sometimes things get held up, & its not the 'receivers' fault.
(in this case Gmail - But for any email ISP - Yahoo, MSN etc...)

indeed, the 'relaying' mail servers do indeed take some time.
