I was setting up a calendar for an organization with the intent of
embedding our event calendar on our website.

When I was setting up the google account initially I thoughtlessly
listed birthdate as the inception of the group (5/31/2009). That
error was apparent when I was disallowed setting it up due to being
too young. A 10-month old typing and creating a google acct??? So, I
tried again, using a different existing email address and using my own
birthdate and still I am not old enough, leaving me to believe that
it's remembering the IP address of my IPhone (have no PC) and will now
never allow me to set this up.

Help topics do not cover this...
"Contact us" leads to beginning of Help topics, so I appear screwed.
Anyone out there see a solution that I'm perhaps too frustrated to
see?

I would say it's more likely your age thing was stuck in a cookie.  Try clearing your cookie and cache and re-visit.
