I am getting this error message accessing email at my company domain.  I am running Thunderbird on a Macbook Air OSX Lion.

Is there a way to get Google to reset my account?

If your account was frozen you wouldn't be able to use the other methods.  I'd suspect something is not set right with your IMAP settings.  You should consider turning off IMAP access then back on.
