Hey, does anyone know where to find the specific date that a (my)
Gmail account was created?

You should have in the account an email from the Google team which was received the day the account was created.

If you have the new version of Gmail, you can find the email at https://mail.google.com/mail/#search/from%3Agmail-noreply%40google.com+subject%3AGmail%2Bis%2Bdifferent Otherwise just do a search for emails from gmail-...@google.com
