The time in Gmail is 2 hours off. Is there any way to adjust it myself?

Gmail Internal Time?  Where are you seeing a clock in Gmail?

I believe they are refering to the time on the e-mails. I'm not
seeing the problem, the time on my mails is correct. I think they
have a timezone setting problem, I'm just not sure where it's set
wrong.

The time stamp does not match my OS time.

Did you follow the instructions in the link? Mine matches, but I know
my timezone is set correctly. I'm sure the mail is timestamped as it
passes through the servers and is only taking the time-zone
information from your OS. It's also possible your sender has time set
wrong. Look to the headers to determine the time reference... most
internet mail servers will stamp with UTC and a timezone offset.

But the timestamps for emails you receive would be based on the timestamp, correct or not, from the sender's computer, not yours.  Isn't that right?

I've often received emails which indicate a date/time which hasn't even occured yet.  Try sending yourself an email.  See if the timestamp matches your computer's time.

Is this what you're seeing?  Or are you talking about something altogether different?

Kenneth is right. The time stamp is set from the OS time of the
sender's computer.
