As previous threads have detailed, it was possible (until recently) to
use whatever...@spambob.com or whoever...@spambob.org as valid "to"
addressees when sending an email to multiple bcc addressees to ensure
that the email wouldn't be kicked back as invalidly or self-
addressed. Spambob seems to be out of business as I'm getting error
msgs on emails and can't raise the website. Anyone know of a
similarly functioning site? Thanks.

I've heard that there is another place called :http://
email.bugmenot.com

but I have not had a chance to really check it out.

email.bugmenot.com will assign you a random email address that works
fine as a black hole (no registration with them) Also the site will
save any emails sent to that address for 24 hours so that the it can
be used as a verification address when filling out forms on retail
sites. Just as an experiment, I'm going to send emails to random
addresses of my own choosing (a la the former spambob.org and .com)
and see if they get kicked back. Thanks to Christoper S.
