keys stick when typing g-mail

I am also having that problem. I changed two keyboards thinking that
the problem was with the keys, after I had them cleaned. I don't have
the problem in any other place nor when I 'm writing this message. I
wrote to Google and they have not answered. Any ideas? Before it was
fine!

There is a bit of a lag typing.  Chrome seems worse than Firefox.  Never has a keystroke been lost/dropped and with self editing styles i.e. using backspace there seems to be a fluctuation of smoothness while composing large blocks of text it can be irritating.

I found the cure to this. Someone told me to convert back to the
older vesion and the key sticking went away. To open directly into
the older version you must bookmark it. Only the newer version will
open from the little envelop on the task bar. I never could find the
thread again to thank the person.

Both links I posted suggest using the Older Version as a temporary fix
until the issue is resolved. In particular, the second one is
Google's direct admission that they have a problem they're looking
into.
