I've got a (maybe not so) strange request.... I have a filter set to
forward certain messages to my phone, which does work. The problem is,
I don't really care about what is contained in the messages themselves,
I really only care about the subject of the e-mail. Doing it the
"vanilla" way forwards the entire e-mail to my phone (which ends up
being 10 messages each time!!)... Does anyone know how to just
auto-forward the subject line when it hits my inbox?

TIA,
Justin

I too would like to find a way to do this. Don't want all 10+ text
messages to let me know I've received an e-mail from a certain person,
just the subject would be fine. If anyone finds out how, please
forward info on to me.

Thanks,
Greg

Over a year ago a few of us got an atom feed icon in our gmail
accounts, for a few days, and then it disappeared. So something like
what your are talking about might be possible.
