You dont, spam messages that are deleted are not stored in the trash, they are gone.

I got the same problem, I accidentally report a message to Spam &
deleted it from spam folder. Since then, I do not received any email
come from the same email ID.

I've tried putting my fren's email address in my Contact, but no use.

It looks like Gmail deleted my email (which i report as Spam) straight
away now.
I want to unblocked this email address. Can anyone help?

Ask this friend of yours to send you a mail once more! When a new
mail arrives, it will not get deleted right away, but rather moved
under your "Spam" Label/Folder. Go in there and "Not Spam" it!

You can also search your spam for any recently received (30 days is
the auto delete schedule, so unless you MANUALLY deleted, it's still
there for 30 days).

Search on "in:spam from:myfriend". Then you can go through each and
mark "Not Spam" or select the list and mark "Not Spam". The filters
are learning filters, so it may take a while to determine why the
first mail from your friend (and another others you let go) were spam
and these are not, but eventually it will learn not to classify all
the ones from your friend.

The right thing to do was rescue the original so there was never a
spam report on your friend.
