Can you copy and paste the full message exactly in order to receive
better help? However I *think* I know what you're talking
about...sometimes Gmail displays a message stating something along the
lines of "Your cache is getting full, clear your cache in order to
increase Gmails performance", and indeed if you get this message it
may well be worth clearing your cache as a full cache often does mean
decreased performance when surfing the web, especially with services
such as Gmail that do rely pretty heavily on caching data to make the
interface faster. Assuming you're running Internet Explorer here's how
you clear your cache:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/using/howto/customizing/clearcache.mspx,
mozilla: http://support.shaw.ca/browsers/mozillacache.htm, netscape:

, opera: http://www.verio.com/support/view_article.cfm?doc_id=3698 ,
safari: http://www.comcast.com/Support/Corp1/FAQ/FaqDetail_2465.html
