ip tracking of account access

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to find out the IP addresses of
computers that have accessed my gmail account?
I am getting a little paranoid and just want to make sure no-one is
reading my mail without my knowledge.

The help entry has been a little hard to locate through the Help
Center, but it's easy to find from the interface... at the bottom of
the screen is your entry that looks something like this:
"This account is open in 1 other location (X.X.X.X). Last account
activity: 0 minutes ago. Details"

Clicking Details brings up the details, and there's a Help link from
there which reads:
"http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?ctx=%67mail&answer=45938"

Oh yeah... I always forget about those "Learn More/Details" links :)
