Bouncing mail

    Hello group ... 

 

I am concerned about bouncing mail ... my group has about 5% of the members bouncing .... 

 

I would like to know how google groups handles this ? .... What do they do about it ... ?

 

What can I ... as an owner .... do to un-bounce people ..... Do I have to go through the list and send individual "wake-up calls" ?

 

There seems to be a real need for some sense of order .... people bounce .. and are left in a suspended state .... !!

 

What happened on October 4th ... when ..... it seems to me .... google groups made some changes .... and "probes" seemed to stop ... ?

 

Can anyone give me an authoritative reply about this .. ??

If the message is being bounced, there has to be a returned notice
regarding the bounce. What does that message state? Actually, the best
way to analyse this problem would be for you to paste the entire headers
of two or three of these reported bounced messages, along with the
notice of message being bounced that was returned with the original
e-mail.
