How to get help (adding addtional email address) and not get FAQ.

trying to get help in adding additonal email addrress. Don't know what
the code is I am supposed to receive or how to get to it.
when I write to the help link it just sends back links to text based
help. But I have read all the text stuff and don't get it. (you know
how it is with computer stuff . - If you don't get it, you don't get
it, and reading about it doesnt' help.

Is there and IM help, or a forum, of something were we "don't get it"
folks can get help?

First of all: In your settings, do you have it set to Language English(US)? Otherwise it won't work.

Then: in your settings, on top, you see the tab Accounts.

Go there and you'll see the link Add Another Account.

What are you trying to add additional addresses to? a message? an address
book?

More info is needed to provide any help.
