I am certain that I have the right addresses; yet an amail to msn.con
and one to charter.net are constantly returned. What can I do? Also,
please tell me how I re-send an email once it has been returned and I
want to send it. Thank you for any assistance you may offer.

We can only offer you assistance if you include actual information pertaining to your problem, eg. the bounce message.

We would need to see a copy of the bounce message to see why the message is not being delivered.

To re-send it, you need to create another new message.

You can copy-and-paste the email's contents, plus its subject and
intended recipient, from the first message you sent, which is in your
"Sent Mail" label/folder. But if it bounced before, chances are it
will bounce again ... unless the cause was something transient, which
you say it isn't.

By the way, as far as I know there is no "msn.con" domain. I'm sure
you meant to type "msn.com", but if you made a simple typo like that,
it could explain why it bounced.

If you indeed used the right addresses, then I guess those recipients'
email accounts must have been closed, and you would need to find
another way of contacting them.

If I want to re-send an email message, I find it easiest to forward the original message. I delete the "FWD:" from the Subject, and the headers from the original message, and paste in (or just type for auto-completion) the recipient's address.  This isn't the only way to do it, but I personally find it faster to delete text than to do separate copy-and-paste operations for the Subject and the body.

Your reply has been a great help.  Thank you VERY much.  Just one more thing and I promise not to bother you again.....I want to transfer a couple names from the "my contacts" list to the "other contacts" list and, all my experimenting has been for naught.  Please tell me how to make those changes. Again, I thank you for your help.

When viewing your contacts, click the checkbox on the ones you want to move.  Then click on the Groups button and make sure there are no check boxes checked for any group.  That will move those contacts to the Other Contacts group.

If you are certain about the address, try to send from another email address.

You have 3 segments on left navigation,
- Mails
- Contacts
- And the other one

1. Choose contacts, should move you to your contact list
2. Search and tick the contacts you want to move or yet, choose them all
3. Export the contacts by clicking the Ecport button
4. There should be an option, choose what would it be for designated format.

Cheers
