Hi all here in Google Help. My gmail user id is ramji.rajamani

Everythings fine otherwise with my account. But since the last few
hours I've been experiencing problems in CHAT. Whenever I log in to
my account, my CHAT fails to load. Because of this, neither am I able
to see which of my friends are online or offline. As while using CHAT
we can of course see those of our contacts online depicted by the green

button (only those of our contacts who also have gmail of course ).

But now since CHAT fails to load, I am not able to see any of my
contacts or chat with them.

The following error is conveyed by gmail

"Your internet connection is experiencing problems or your network
administrator has blocked Gmail chat."

Now I checked with my Network Administrator and he says that he
hasn't blocked it. So I sense there's problem from Gmail's end
only. I tried contacting them via help, but as usual as they are too
big -no one responds personally or in-depth.

I'd therefore urge anyone here to revert back on this and help me
with your invaluable suggestions.

I cant help.  But the same thing happens to me occassionally.  I use the same internet connection, and sometimes chat will be disabled in the web interface.  The message says to contact my administrator.  Then it fixes itself after a few hours.  Dont know why.
