Hello.

In Japan, everyone spell the name of someone in the family-name-first
order.
For example, my last name is "松前", first name is "健太郎".
so, my full name is "松前 健太郎".

But, in contact list of GMail, my full-name is spell "健太郎 松前".
This is not natural in japan.

Can I change an order of first name and last name ?

Name order should be a function of your language selection, so I don't
know why it is wrong as long as you're selected for Japanese. I'd use
the suggestion page and tell them it's wrong in your native language.
This is one of the jobs of the translators.

Click "settings" -> "accounts" ->name,
and type your full name be in order in the Name column,
then you can see your name had changed order.

If you post to a group, reply to the group. Posting directly to the
individual is considered rude unless it's requested, and the group
posting allows others to see if a solution works or not.

The suggestion page (in US English) is a link directly off the Help
Center page, on the right hand side about 2/3 of the way down. It's
link is this:
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/static.py?page=suggestions.cs

You should look around your Help Center page (click the Help link at
the top of your GMail window) as regional Suggestion Pages may vary.
