Hi

I would like to get more comment on how to prevent an email from going to gmail spambox. All emails linked with my website http://www.wing20.com always reach spam, even the mails from webmail.

Is there a way to permanantly solve this issue by reporting the website URL and associated email accounts with the google technical team?

Whenever you click "Not Spam", you are submitting the message to the filters to make them better at detecting it's not spam.

I gave up on that for a similar issue I had.

All of the notices I get from my bank were showing up in Spam. It took months of telling Google they were not Spam before they stopped going into the Spam folder. Then, 6 months later, they started going into the Spam folder again. The whole process repeated. And again.

Finally, I just wrote a filter to send all of those bank notices to a folder of their own. And when I view them, I get a warning that a filter put them there rather than the Spam folder they would normally have gone to.

My guess is some others would constantly identify such eMails as Spam, instead of going to their account and telling the bank to stop sending them.

I don't know what you mean by "linked with my website".

Ia it possible they all have something improper in the header, which causes Gmail to think it may be spam?

What does Gmail tell you (when you open those messages) about why it thought they were spam?

I'd suggest set up a filter using one of the items as source and set the 'never spam' switch

Is it ironic that this message ended up in my spam folder? I think this is the first time this has happened with a message from this group.

Semi-ironic. It did not wind up in my Spam folder only because I have a filter preventing messages from this list from ever going to spam. (I know this because Gmail makes sure to let me know, for anyone not familiar with the Not-Spam filter.) Every reply that includes the website has that message, so I think what the original post meant by "linked to my website" was any message with the website in it.
