Dear LORD? If you are such I would think you would not need a computor,
Anyway, I can't speak for the group, but I can not understand your typing
and what it is you are asking.  Is English your primary language? If not
are you under 18 years of age? Can you please have someone help you
type the question you need the answer to? We have to be able to understand
it to help. Try again with help with someone who we can understand.
Not a put down, just trying to help you get help O.K.?
We have had a couple like this before, so you are not alone in the lack of skills.  Take care  LORD, (is that name you use a nickname because yours is is lengthly, or what?

God bless E.L

Translation(as best as I can guess)

There is not enough information on the homepage for individual groups; to see any information you have to go to manage groups.

As I said, that's pretty much what I understood (I've seen much, much worse typing). To answer the question, there's no way short of complaining to google to get that fixed.

I let this post through simply so I could reply to it. Know that I
personally (I can't speak for other managers and the owners) will not
let a post like this through again.

Firstly, This is not the Google "Complaint Cell", or "Helpdesk". This
is an unpaid group of fellow users who offer their assistance in any
way we can if/when you're having a problem. This group is for
discussing G-Mail, including problems you see with it, features you'd
like to see, and praises. If you need help with your Google group, the
official Google page to get paid individuals to help you is this
(http://groups.google.com/support). Don't complain to fellow users
that we aren't fixing your problem... we can't... all we can do is
offer suggestions, if we have any.

Secondly, The information you specifically mention looking for outside
the "manage" link is on the about page
(http://groups.google.com/group/Gmail-Users/about). Remember that some
information on the manage page is not there, cause most people don't
want the whole user community (which could include litterally the whole
world) having access to all that information. Please check that link,
and if you still are not seeing information you think should be there,
either ask here if people know where it is, or click the above link and
make a suggestion directly to Google, where there's a chance your
suggestion could get implemented.

Lastly, My real problem with your message is the hostile tone you're
taking with confused newbies, and lack of respect for the group. If
you read the about page, which you were presented with upon signing up
for this group, you'll have noticed the primary language is English.
"a big organisation shud think abt u" is not even remotely proper
English. It's a pijin English primarily used by native English
speakers to avoid typing long words, primarily used in the slow modem
days to support chat in real-time groups. Non-native English speakers
tend to use complete words, but falter on spelling and grammar as
English is one of the most unusual languages in the world in terms of
spelling and grammar. When posting to this group we appreciate the
best effort to use proper spelling and grammar, and it allows people to
better understand you, especially since we do have many non-native
English speakers here.

As I said... I will not personally let anymore posts like this one
through. If the other managers and owners of this group disagree with
me, they are welcome to contact me in our private group and we'll
discuss it.

Thank you,
The Doctor

Dear Dr, I feel bad that I tried to understand and help, not being critical.
By no means did I want to hurt this persons feelings and as you said make hostile feelings nor did the other responder.  I will not reply to such mail again. I can not help/nor( I guess) can others if it is not understood!
Pardon me, if I upset ANYONE!  Thanks Doc, I make mistakes too.
I am disabled and can not write my name, but can type some, it's been
33 years since I have typed. I have quadraparathisis, Hit by car and was to be paralized. Parapalegic. I am left still moving. What I am saying is that
some people have medical disorders and my dexterity is one.
Please forgive my typo's. I love to read the messages and learn alot, but
one can only learn so much at a time.

I think Gmail is wonderful and will catch up someday with the help of our
nice / considerate group who helps and cares. I will stick to subject matter on hand, and find other alternatives for other than Gmail questions. Thanks for straightening me out. (Also the rude ones) there are not many that I have noticed in the couple of weeks I have been here. We can ignore them
two negatives can not make a positive. Peace!

This is what is wrong with the online system. When I reply via the web
page, there is no quoting so people don't know which message I'm
replying to.

Eileen... the reply was not directed at you, nor do I (or other mods,
to my knowledge) have a problem with you or your posts. I was
responding to "The Lord"'s post, specifically the one that starts

"well.. if u cant understand what people r typin i think u shudnt b in

the complaint cell". We all make typos and I doubt any of us spell
right all the time, but we make an effort, and "The Lord" was not.

If your posts were TOO far off topic, we wouldn't let them through, so
the fact you're seeing them still, and receiving the messages, shows
that you are on the right track. When people blatantly violate the
rules of the group, we remove them and ban them, so you'll know.

Sorry for the confusion, and hope you continue to enjoy the group.

I am terribly sorry if you took my message personaly, that was not my intention at all. I appologize. Next, Disregard people who are not curtious.
Two wrongs do not make a right. My deepest respect to you. I will never
try to make you or anyone FEEL INSULTED. Forgive? I by the way can not work. Am disabled, I am not complaining. I was VERY good at my job and
miss it so.YES I did understand the last message to me. Have a nice day
