Would i be able to use Gmail in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia

Good day to everyone,

does anyone know if i'll encounter difficulties using Gmail when i am
in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia?

Please advise as i'll be heading there soon for work.

As far as I know, both appear to be freely accessible in both countries. You should be ok. However, if one is going to give you trouble I would hazard a guess at Saudi Arabia.

I remember reading something on techshout about an ISP in Kuwait that was having caching issues that led to some Gmail users being able to view other users mail. I'm responding on my phone so I can't post the link, but maybe some other users could drop some more info if anynoe knows anything, or if it's been resolved.

This is why you should always use SSL (HTTPS). Encrypted data cannot be cached or read by anyone in between your browser and Google.

There are some articles on censorship in those countries on the web but it seems to be involved with blocking porn, gambling, alcohol etc. related content. I don't see Gmail mentioned anywhere.
