I am running into a quota issue and wondering if someone can explain it a little bit further.

I am getting: The group/sender pair (addr...@mydomain.com -> addr...@mydomain.com) has exceeded its quota for the maximum number of external sends.

From my reading on this error, this should not apply to internal domain communications.

All of these emails are from addr...@mydomain.com (one of our servers) being forwarded to a distribution group of addr...@mydomain.com.

All email addresses involved are @mydomain.com.

This is causing us to miss very important emails being sent from our servers because they are not being forwarded to the group.

Thanks for any help!

is your domain hosted on Google Apps?  Are you using their services directly, or only as forwarders?  Have you contacted your admin to see what they see on it?
