Quickly, go to your Trash and look for it there.

If it isn't there, then it is gone, forever. If you pressed "Delete
Forever", then guess what? It is indeed gone, forever. Forever means
forever. Your only recourse would be to hire a lawyer and try to
convince Google to recover the message from backups, assuming that it
is even possible. I have never heard of anyone who actually did that
and succeeded. If it is even possible, I would guess that it probably
costs a lot of money.

Deleting spam is a permanent deletion as per the warning on the page.  As far as I know there is no way to undo.
