How do I suppress "reply to all" in a group email in which everyone is
in bcc, please? Thank you.

As I understand it, the note will reply ONLY to the original sender
unless you ask it to "reply to all". If I'm wrong about that, I'm
sure someone will correct me! :-)

You cannot suppress "Reply to All". However, it's irrelevant, since
"Reply to All" will only go to the sender of the original message and
anyone in To: or Cc: Nobody in Bcc will be visible for a reply all.

Well, yes. But if I send an email to a group of persons, how do I prevent one of the recipients from "replying to all"? That is my question - I do not want recipients replying to everyone in the group, only back to me, but I cannot figure out a way to make this happen. Thanks.

If you sent it to them as BCC, they won't see each other.  If they're on the To or CC line, everyone sees them.  The way to prevent them from seeing everyone else, and only being able to reply to you, is to put them all in the BCC.
