remake a gmail account

i wounder why can't you remake a account when you have deleted it if you can't remake it why can you delete the account and when will it be possible to be able to remake the account in the future

GMail has always said it does not reuse names.  In fact this help page (https://support.google.com/mail/answer/32046?hl=en) specifically states "You'll also be unable to reuse your Gmail username."
