Deleted items in gmail

Hi,

Is there anyway to get sn emsil bsck which i deleted forever from my
gmail account? I accidentally deleted an important email. Please do let
me know.

Once you "delete forever" a conversation (or single message) it is
"gone for good". There is no way to retrieve it. This is why Google
stresses to Archive rather than Delete, and only added a Trash option
later.

That said, you can TRY writing to Google (this is a user group) and
asking if they can retrieve it. They backup all their servers and if
you can give them a date/time when the message still existed, they
might be able to get it back for you. It'd probably be easier to just
ask the person who originally sent it, to send it again.

The only thing I can think of is email Google and ask them if they could restore it.  Other than that, you are out of luck, sorry :(

When your friend forwarded to you, HIS headers were replaced with the
headers coming to you. He'll either have to forward with headers
(usually a cut and paste into the e-mail to you), or just look at the
headers in his account, as they'll show the path to him.
