If they are in deed blocking access, any workaround would likely be a breach of contract with them. I'd suggest you call their support and ask them. They may simply have a problem they're not aware of yet. They can confirm if they are indeed blocking, and you can choose to try using a public proxy to work-around the block if they are. If you do, you should understand the consequences.
