It does automatically fill the settings, but when you save the setting
you get an error message that "you cannot use POP on Gmail Accounts"
or something of that sorts.
And my two cents on POPing gmail from Gmail is once you download all
the mail from the other Gmail account, its better to enable forwarding
as that's much faster and almost real-time (Thanks to Zack for this
little tip).

pop.googlemail.com and email ID to use...@googlemail.com.

I don't notice the delays that others mention for POP access versus
automatic forwarding.
