Incorrect display of number of emails

For some time now I use the Priority inbox and I my inbox is divided into 3 categories: Important and Unread, Starred and All Other. Behind each category is always the number of e-mails in the mailbox specified (eg 1-3 out of 3).

A few weeks ago, the last category All Other systematically displays the wrong number of emails. At first I thought this was due to the number of items displayed, but even if increased this to 25, my inbox still displayed 1-13 out of 15.

Does anyone know how to solve this incorrect display?

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies?  I usually find this is the result of an incorrect cache.

Do an 

       is:unread 

check to see where all the unread messages are in your mailbox. This may show up where those missing two are!

Otherwise, go to the Lab, and provide feedback to the author on the experiment concerned with that display mode.
