When I try to import my JUNO address book into Excel or a CSV file, I
in comes through as all the addresses in one column. I follwed the
directions at the GMail Help Center several times with the same
results. What am I doing wrong? What are the step by step directions
I should be following?

If that's the way it looks in Excel and CSV, then perhaps there's a
problem with Juno exporting them. This link
<http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12118> talks
about how to export from several different vendors, but Juno's not on
the list. I'd suggest you check with Juno help to see if there's a
way to do it that you're not using.

Alternately, work some magic in Excel while you have it open, and
re-save it as a CSV so the import will go smoothly.

Hi Mike,

Open your .csv file with a plain text editor like notepad and make sure that there are no extra commas, quotes etc, and also that there are commas where you need them.  These kinds of corruptions are easily seen in a plain text editor.  When you are done be sure to save it as a .csv file, not a default .txt file.
