Hello,

I'm posting for my friend. His account was hijacked by Google, and no
matter how hard we tried, it is not possible to reocver! They refuse
to recover it. I'm starting to doubt about Google's reputation.

1. It says wrong passowrd (impossible to happen)
2. It says that the username does NOT exist (impossible)
3. It is NOT possible to register on this name, because it is already
exisitng.

What am I missing ?!

Thanks

It sounds like his account has been hijacked, which would explain the wrong password (anyone that hijacks an account is going to change the password first, obviously) and then deleted, which explains the message that the username does not exist, as well as the message that it is not possible to register with that name again (Google does not reuse usernames as far as I know). You don't mention what happened when you tried to recover the account. What messages did you get from Google when he supplied the information they asked for?

It sounds like someone (not Google) hijacked your friend's account,
and deleted it.

There are lots of reasons why someone else might hijack his account.

There aren't any good reasons why Google would randomly delete his
account. There's no suggestion of this here, but they might have
closed it if he violated something in their terms of service. I've
never heard of that happening, but it might.

Be aware that Google temporarily disables access to an account if
repeated login attempts fail in a short period of time. This is to
prevent machines from breaking into your account by trying lots of
random passwords. When that happens, it should show up as something
other than an incorrect password or nonexistent account, but that's
not what you say it's telling you.

they only thing you can do is fill in this form with as much information as possible.
https://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/request.py?ara=1&hl=en&contact_type=ara&ctx=ara

and, yes, if you give ALL the information you can, Google can give you your account back, as I've used this form to get an old email account back.

Yes we tried and also are sure that we have filled very accurate
information :-)

The password itself was impossible to guess, but suppose someone did,
don't know what happens then.

By the way, his account was disabled (maybe missunderstanding in
violations), but then enabled, then "hijacked"
