The "insert meeting invitation" icon is not at my gmail. There is also no plus sign to get to it.

When I am trying to add meeting invitation to my gmail, I do not see the icon at the far right. I also do not see any "+" sign to see the hidden icons. Help is appreciated. Thanks.
