add cc to contacts

How do I add the email address that are in the CC of any message?
Is there a menu?
DO I have to do 1 by 1?
Is there a way to get all the address in any cc?

Yes, you will have to add them one by one.  If there is something that  you'd like to say to all of them, you can try to reply to all, and move all the email addresses to the To: field.  GMail adds people you send mail to into the "Suggested Contacts" group in Contacts, though I'm not sure if it works if you send an email to multiple people.
