how to unblock pop up blocker

I have unblocked pop ups in three areas of my computer, and I still
can't put a photo with my contacts because it blocks pop ups. Any
idea as to how I can fix this?

Make sure your browser or toolbars are not blocking your popups.

the toolbar is unlocked, apparently I don't know how to unlock the browser.  I am fairly new with computers as you can probably tell.

Not a problem, I have attached a screenshot of where a popup blocker may be blocking your popups.

It worked. i just held down the Ctrl and hit the download for a

just check ur toolbar which may be blocking...
