Suggestions for troubleshoot filters

I REALLY REALLY wish there was an easy way to toggle filters on and off. Or if there was a way to determine what filters have been triggered by a given message.

Does anyone have a good method of troubleshooting filters?

something  like this will help maybe  as not sure if you have conflicting  filters  try one at a time
