Why not put your own email address in the To: field?

Hope this is not for spam ;)

I have friends who can no longer stand each other but I am still friends with both.So I have reason to avoid showing who I am forwarding a message to, sometimes. I usually do exactly what Yatin Rao suggested - put my own email address in the "To:" field. (Sometimes I use another email of mine, if it fits the subject.)
