Email Filter and ticketing system

Dear All, 

I have one question. 

Can we filter email address and email body? means that if the email address has the word  som...@abc.com domain. The email body has ever...@123.com domain. 

if not match the word with email address and email body, can we reject the email in Gsuite or email system. 

After that , can we track with these email with ticking system?
