Delete numerous emails from multiple mailboxes

Hi 

Is there a script or tool or workaround for the Admin to delete numerous emails sent and received in the last 8 months which are scattered across multiple mailboxes?

Google support confirmed that it is not possible using native admin tools. The closest I can get is to see those emails from the Google Vault.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My inclination is to say that it's not possible for one action to affect multiple Google (Gmail) accounts.  Each account is 100% independent of the other accounts, so any action you do in one account can not affect the others and you would need to repeat it in each account.

That is, unless you are the Sysadmin for a special group of Gmail accounts, perhaps purchased (at high cost) for a corporate application, or a non-profit.  That's way beyond my level of experience.

I have no experience with Google Vault.

Hi Andy

Yes, multiple mailboxes. The users can delegate their mailbox access to the admin temporarily for the work to be carried out.
