Hello!

I am using both Modified Gmail Macros v. 2.0 and Remember The Milk for
Gmail and often, when modifying a task in RTM, the focus gets stolen
from the RTM field I am filling in to perform a change on Gmail
conversations (trash, archive, mute, ...). This occurs e.g. when
typing "tomorrow" in the "due" field.

Is it possible to fix this? I could not reproduce such an issue with
the original macros.

The report at RTM's side is at: http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/help/4006/

Yeah...  Because of the way gmail traps shortcuts, this was the only way I could get it to override the ones that gmail provides.  If you can find the class that the field has from RTM try adding it to the IGNORE_TARGETS variable.  (e.g. Class name = "RTM_FIELD"; line 75 would change to --> var IGNORE_TARGETS = {'oricqc':1,'URTWZe':1, 'RTM_FIELD':1}; )  If that works, let me know and I'll add it to the official version.

If you are seeing problems "muting" then it's probably not just an issue with the macros, since I don't have any functionality that mutes...

Sewpafly,

There has been an update in http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/help/4006/ :

emily (Remember The Milk) says:
Okay, it turns out we're not using any class names (so that method
won't work to identify our fields), but sewpafly could ignore any
fields that are inside of a div with an id 'remember-the-milk' or a
class of 'rtm-task-card-container'. Hope this helps.

I haven't used those extensions a lot these days, should there have
been an improvement, I couldn't have noticed it.
