That's plain text, yep. I don't mind HTML formatting if the message
requires it, but that's so rare. Most of the time, plain black letters
on white screen is perfectly nice.

If it's too small, you can change the format while composing it to
Rich Text (under the Format menu), and then switch it back before
sending.

i just find that large or bold text can be really annoying and hard
to read, and bright colors can be embarrasing if ur chekcing ur email
and coding at school. teacher catches u checking ur email, teacher
catches u coding the virus. damn.
