Unable to access GMail

Hello everyone,

I have a problem accessing the gmail account of my mother. Her secondary e-mail address, where the recovery e-mail is being sent to, is set at .com but it needs to be .nl.

Furthermore the system doesn't recognize us because she doesn't use her e-mail that often and apparently our IP address has changed.

Any tips?
