Yes I sometimes forget to log off! I have multiple tabs open and one
of them is gmail, so for the love of god CREATE AN AUTOMATIC LOG OUT
OPTION!!!! It's not rocket science, but it will provide security!

Why not just NOT check the "keep me signed in box" when you log in, so
when you close your browser you are not logged in. If the public
computer your on does not let you turn off your browser why don't you
just go into google calender, make a daily event called "REMEMBER TO
LOG OUT" with an email, pop up and maybe even a text message
notification?
