If I send myself an address/business from Google Maps or manually, it
would be nice if Gmail would be able to have a feature to add it to my
contacts.

I recently emailed myself a Doctor's address but would would have
liked to add him into my contacts too via gmail instead of adding him
manually.

+1. Maybe make it smart so it can gather the correct info from google
maps from a little amount of info such as a phone number or address.

Agreed! It would be so helpful to have an "Add Contact" button and
add contact information from an email (say by highlighting someone's
contact info) and then having it entered into the appropriate area in
a new contact. Even if it meant that we'd have to double check lines
and make sure they were correctly attributed to address, email, phone,
etc.

It would also be helpful to be able to highlight a list of contacts
and names and have the option to add them all at the same time. i.e.
It fills out the email and name (if given), you can add the name if
its not specified, and you can click or unclick for each email address
whether you will add them to your contact list or not.

I believe these are features available in yahoo and/or Outlook, this
would be my only complaint about Google. Otherwise very happy I made
the switch years ago.

Thanks!

+1 for me too. This would beat having to manually entering the contact
info.
