Option in Contacts to have first name/last name seperate instead of the same box.

A simple option to have the contacts name be either one box, like it
is now, or two boxes First Name / Last Name so you can sort by last
name. I'm currently in the process of trying to get all my contacts
from my iPhone to GMail so when I switch to the Droid I won't have to
enter everything manually and noticed the contacts in GMail don't do
this.
