mailto: "paste box"

I have read the other mailto: suggestions, and mine is a bit
different. I was wondering if in the compose mail page, there could
either be a box to paste a "mailto:" link (mailto:w...@where.tld?
subject=Subject&body=Body&cc=cc-...@where.tld&bcc=bcc...@where.tld)
that would parse this data into the appropriate fields.
The other idea would be to paste this link directly into a to: field.
