Phone Call Log

I would like a quick way to log phone calls made and received--much
like the pop up for tasks or SMS dialing. Allow the building of a
phone # data base so that when I begin to type the number the system
finds it, allows me to have a start/stop timer, and records my phone
calls with a place for notes--all searchable.
