inline editing of messages

to Suggest a Labs feature
A feature similar to the Outlook option which allows you to edit an
existing message without having to "send" it. Thus you can keep some
messages as "notes" especially when combined with the send to user
+no...@gmail.com where notes is a label. Speaking of which, how about
automating the "notes" label so it has full notes functinoality?

are you talking about something that cant be done using drafts?coz
drafts store messages indefinitely (also attachments).I'm not familiar
with Outlook so not sure.
