dialing skype by clicking on a Contact's phone number

Hi,
Every time I want to dial someone using skype I have to go to my
Contacts in gmail, copy his/her phone#, and paste it on skype. Maybe
using a lab one could have skype dialing a person's phone# directly
from gmail's Contacts?
