to Gmail Labs - Suggest a Labs feature
There's a running thread right now about sub-labels, and that'd be
interesting, but I don't need anything nearly that complex. I don't
mind a collapsed label namespace for assigning labels, but I would
like to be able to put them in groups in the menu so I can hide/reveal
them at will. I only have 53 labels and the menu is already 3x longer
than my inbox (and my screen). It would be nice to be able to put all
my mailing list labels in one "group" and then collapse it to "mailing
lists", etc.

There must b group the label functionality and a feature to collapse
the groups or split them in different boxes
