Reply with all preious email From and To data

When replying an email the header data of the received one appears as:

On Wed, Sep 21, 2011 at 10:08 AM, The New York Times
<nyt...@email.newyorktimes.com> wrote:

It should be better to show all data as when forwarding that email:

The useful part of this is when you "Reply to all". In that case the
information of the list of accounts is lost:

Data appears as:

And it should be better in this way (as appears in "Forwarded"):
