How about being able to drop on the top of the page?

Why is it that the navbar is only left or right justified? And only
one or the other. I wouldn't mind if my GMAIL had the same
functionality as my iGoogle, allowing me to place items on the left,
right, or center columns. Maybe I could even have some of them
floating above the GMAIL interface!
I have like 30 labels and several enabled features that make my page
scroll down 4x father than my inbox goes. Not really great
functionality.
Are there any ways around this?
